The story highlights our journey from being one of Australia's largest strawberry growers through SSS Strawberries, to establishing Gina's Table with the mission of turning second-grade, unmarketable fruit into delicious, freeze-dried snacks. What was once considered "waste" is now nourishing families across Australia and beyond.
Through the collaboration with End Food Waste Australia CRC and the Queensland Department of Primary Industries, we've expanded our range of products. This initiative has already helped us divert over 252,000kg of produce from landfill, reducing waste by 80%.
