We are thrilled to share that our freeze-dried fruit products – Happles™ and Merries™ – were proudly featured at a recent Hort Innovation Australia event, where they received fantastic feedback from attendees. It was a proud moment for our team to see our sustainable and nutritious products showcased among some of the most forward-thinking innovations in the Australian horticulture industry.
The event, hosted by Hort Innovation, Australia’s grower-owned, not-for-profit research and development corporation, focused on fostering a more prosperous, innovative, and sustainable future for the horticulture sector. Their continued investment in R&D, grower-led innovation, and international market opportunities aligns closely with our own mission here at Gina’s Table: to reduce food waste and create better-for-you snacks using state-of-the-art freeze-drying technology.
We were especially honored to have our Happles and Merries sampled during the event – and delighted to hear that they were enjoyed by many! Events like these remind us of the power of collaboration, innovation, and community in shaping the future of food.
Our founder Gina and Toan, attended the event and walked away inspired. They gained valuable insights into emerging industry trends, sustainability practices, and future-focused technologies that we’re excited to explore and apply to our business.
A heartfelt thank you to the team at Hort Innovation for the opportunity and for supporting Australian-grown innovation.
Stay tuned as we continue to innovate and bring you exciting developments from our farm to your table.
