These honours from the Food & Beverage Industry Awards celebrate businesses reshaping the future of food — and being recognised twice in one year is a powerful affirmation of our mission.
From our roots at SSS Strawberries in Bundaberg, we’ve transformed second-grade produce into premium freeze-dried snacks, powders, and crumbles. So far, we’ve rescued over 252 tonnes of fruit that would have gone to waste, thanks to our state-of-the-art freeze-drying facility featuring NASA-developed GEA technology.
Beyond food rescue, we proudly support local growers and provide year-round employment to seasonal workers, while expanding globally into US and Vietnam.
